AI and the new era in audiovisual production: the case of SukuPay

/ Labs specializes in the creation of audiovisual content for brands and products, branding and corporate videos, 2D and 3D animation, AI-generated content, short films and narrative pieces, AR and VR experiences, teasers, trailers, and title sequences, social media content, concept and script development, commercials, and photographic campaigns.

To inaugurate this new division, we want to share with you the impressive project carried out for SukuPay, a new digital platform designed to enable fast, easy, and cost-free money transfers worldwide.

As part of the comprehensive launch strategy for this platform, we were in charge of developing its website, a project that posed a great challenge and of which we are extremely proud due to the excellent reception and recognition it is receiving in its first days online. For its promotion and communication campaign, we led the creation of a fascinating video that reflects the spirit of this new and innovative platform, combining all the talent of Remo and Guille and AI technology.

The launch of SukuPay was the perfect opportunity to put all our skills to the test and propose a comprehensive development, communication, and promotion strategy to place SukuPay at the top.

The goal behind the video was clear: to create an impactful piece with a powerful message that stood up to any classic production. It was not just about capturing attention but about creating an immersive and emotionally resonant experience that highlighted the innovation and effectiveness of SukuPay. With an epic narrative spirit, the production needed to emotionally connect with the audience, using a clever combination of artificial intelligence and traditional filmmaking techniques to form a high-quality audiovisual hybrid.

Conception and narrative development

It all started with an essential question: What do we want to communicate? Clarity in the message was paramount, and the creative team decided that the efficiency, innovation, and accessibility of the platform should be at the heart of the narrative.

However, the initial script, which was too literal and conventional, was difficult to adapt to the available technology. At this moment, generating content with AI involving humans or excessive camera movements proves problematic. Therefore, it was necessary to rethink the approach: a more sensory, less direct but more evocative narrative was chosen, which could fully incorporate the possibilities of AI and resonate more deeply with viewers.

Preproduction and visual design

In the preproduction phase, meticulous planning was key. Detailed storyboards were developed that maintained the essence of classic productions but were adapted to integrate the advanced technological solutions that AI could offer.

For character casting, AI algorithms were employed to generate virtual figures. This methodology provided unprecedented flexibility and creativity, allowing for the creation of characters that emotionally connected with the audience. The AI casting enabled the selection of virtual actors whose features and expressions maximized emotional connection and perfectly suited the narrative.

AI-created environments added visual depth and realism that enhanced the video's narrative, using generative models to create unique and fully immersive spaces.

Production and animation

The production was a true balancing act between traditional animation and AI. AI animation was used to capture organic movements and parallax effects, creating a fluidity that traditional methods alone could not have achieved.

Symbolic elements, such as the paper airplane made from a dollar bill, were meticulously designed to visualize the concept of money traveling without borders, reinforcing the platform's global message.

Postproduction and Finalization

The postproduction phase integrated all the pieces of the puzzle.

AI played a crucial role in color correction and final editing, ensuring that each scene aligned perfectly in both tone and style. The AI-generated voiceover, along with traditionally produced sound design, complemented the visual narrative, adding an additional layer of auditory immersion.

When AI and creativity converge

The campaign for the launch of the new SukuPay platform is an outstanding example of how modern technology and traditional methods can come together to create something truly revolutionary. Artificial intelligence did not replace human creativity; rather, it enhanced it, allowing the visual narrative to not only meet but exceed the standards of classic production.

With over two thousand views on SukuPay's official X account, this audiovisual hybrid effectively communicated the benefits of this innovative platform while captivating the attention of hundreds of users, raising the bar for digital advertising.


Projects like this highlight the crucial collaboration between technology and creativity, reminding us that the future of creative production lies in the perfect fusion of these two worlds. They demonstrate that when innovation and creativity come together, extraordinary achievements are possible.
